Job Description :

  • Request freight rates & prepare customer quotations

  • Coordinate with teams, agents, vendors & customers

  • Handle export–import shipping documentation

  • Monitor shipments & provide status updates

  • Arrange bookings with shipping lines/airlines

  • Send shipment pre-alerts to agents/customers

  • Review & verify export–import documents

  • Issue MBL, HBL, MAWB & HAWB documents

  • Respond to customer/agent inquiries

  • Maintain daily shipment reports

  • Prepare PIB & inward/outward manifests

  • Verify HS Code & Lartas compliance

  • Record daily inbound & outbound shipments

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Customer Service / Pricing in a freight forwarding company

  • Familliar with export/import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding is advantageous

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Able to learn quickly, with good communication and negotiation skills

  • Nice personality and full of initiative

  • Able to work with a team
