Job Description :

Request freight rates & prepare customer quotations

Coordinate with teams, agents, vendors & customers
-
Handle export–import shipping documentation
-
Monitor shipments & provide status updates
-
Arrange bookings with shipping lines/airlines
-
Send shipment pre-alerts to agents/customers
-
Review & verify export–import documents
-
Issue MBL, HBL, MAWB & HAWB documents
-
Respond to customer/agent inquiries
-
Maintain daily shipment reports
-
Prepare PIB & inward/outward manifests
-
Verify HS Code & Lartas compliance
-
Record daily inbound & outbound shipments
Qualification :
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the field
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Customer Service / Pricing in a freight forwarding company
-
Familliar with export/import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding is advantageous
-
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
-
Able to learn quickly, with good communication and negotiation skills
-
Nice personality and full of initiative
-
Able to work with a team
