Client Details: Global Thermal & Instrumentation Company
Main Responsibilities:

Identify, map, and develop new customers, segments, and industries.

Experienced in handling customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC industries.

Maintain positive business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure strong sales performance.
-
Recommend new products to customers as better and more cost-effective solutions.
-
Conduct product demos, presentations, and collect technical data from customers.
-
Prepare reports and analysis of sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Physics, Mechanical & Metallurgy Engineering is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer preferably in instrumentation & thermal products.
-
Able to plan, prepare, and deliver technical presentations & demos effectively.
-
Having extensive customer databases across Cikarang, Karawang, West Java Industrial areas.
-
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-
Extensive business network with the ability to build strategic partnerships.
-
Fluent in English (Mandatory).
