Client Details: Global Thermal & Instrumentation Company

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, map, and develop new customers, segments, and industries.

  • Experienced in handling customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC industries.

  • Maintain positive business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure strong sales performance.

  • Recommend new products to customers as better and more cost-effective solutions.

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and collect technical data from customers.

  • Prepare reports and analysis of sales activities and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Physics, Mechanical & Metallurgy Engineering is a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer preferably in instrumentation & thermal products.

  • Able to plan, prepare, and deliver technical presentations & demos effectively.

  • Having extensive customer databases across Cikarang, Karawang, West Java Industrial areas.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Extensive business network with the ability to build strategic partnerships.

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory).
