Key Responsibilities:

• Manage after sales and compliance with current regulations.

• Handle reservations for accommodations, transport, visa and activities.

• Provide top-notch customer service and address client inquiries.

• Flexibly take on additional roles like Tour Leader and Customer Service as needed.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth travel operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or customer experience, reservation, contracting.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Flexibility to adapt and take on various roles within the team.
