Providing total transparency with regards to the legal aspect ensuring that all FDA formalities and its requirements are in order with clear registration and approval for all brands represented. Gautama Indah Perkasa does NOT consult third party services for registration and regulatory affairs.

Job Description: 

  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.

  • Handle all documents for the import process, including checking all supporting documents such (CI, PL, BL, SKI, LS,COO, PIB) .

  • Monitor the ordering processes and coordinate with all related departments regarding purchase progress.

  • Check the conformity between the specifications and the condition of goods received from suppliers to ensure they match the corresponding orders.

  • Expedite the arrival of critical or urgent goods by selecting effective and efficient transportation methods to ensure timely arrival and use.

  • Complete administrative processes such as customs clearance related to the import/shipment of goods from vendors to the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

  • Source, select, and negotiate for the best purchase packages in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.

  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English written and verbal (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in data analysis

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics or international trade-related majors

  • At least 2 years of experience in export and import operations.

  • Excellent knowledge of export-import procedures and regulations

  • Experience in handling export-import documents and permits.

  •  Up to date with the latest export-import regulations

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team

  • High responsibility and commitment; able to work under pressure.

  • Understanding of HS Code and Customs Rules

  • Excellent knowledge and skills in customs clearance, including processing PIB & PEB documents, module manifest systems, determining HS codes, import/export regulations, and applying for various permits/certificates.

  • Proficiency in EDI Application system and Ceisa 4.0

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Interview will be held by English conversation.
