Job Description
Our Marketing Analytics & Data science team is responsible for solving complex problems and optimizing various aspects of Traveloka’s business. You will get a wide range of exciting opportunities to bring impact by helping to make decisions at scale across our various business lines, and get to work with the brightest minds in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple marketing domains to understand their challenges and goals in optimizing our marketing performance
-
Analyse data and deep dive on marketing channel to find actionable insights such as making funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, etc.

Quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to enable data-driven decision-making support for the key project and develop advance analytics models to solve business needs
-
Identify the business need and generate hypothesis based on business need to design & run experiments
-
Create dashboards and data pipelines to monitor metrics to measure business performance
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Master’s degree is highly preferred.

4 or more years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related roles.

Excellent understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Experience/familiarity with some of the following:

Experimentation

Marketing Measurement
-

Strong expertise in Python
-
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL.

Experience with cloud-based tech stack (GCP will be preferred).

Proven experience in managing data projects from inception to completion.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to describe complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Candidates with knowledge or prior experience in Marketing and Campaign related domain will be highly prioritized.
